American Road Trip
BLACK + WHITE

There is something inherently reliable about a black and white photograph. You want to trust it. You think it might have been taken long long ago. Black and white photography strips away a fundamental element of life - color, which is beautiful and emotional, but can be distracting Without the context of color your eye is drawn to shadows and shapes, the spaces between light and dark, the face and eyes, the horizons, the actions.
